To pair with a device from your PC:
Click the Bluetooth icon in the system tray
Tick the box that says the device is ready to be found
The software will scan for devices
Click on the device you're after
You'll be prompted to enter a passkey on the PC (any number will do)
You'll be prompted to enter the same passkey on the device
Pairing should now be completed
A list of your paired Bluetooth devices should be displayed, looking something like the following screenshot:
